About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a Business Development Executive to join a dynamic and fast-growing organisation in the Tech sales sector. As a key member of the commercial sales team, you will be responsible for building and developing strong relationships with existing and new customers, driving sales growth and revenue.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve sales targets and grow the customer portfolio.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Manage and nurture sales leads, identifying opportunities and closing deals.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to share best practices, knowledge, and expertise.
Requirements

We are looking for a highly motivated and personable individual with a passion for sales and a drive to succeed. The ideal candidate will have:

  • Previous experience in B2B sales, preferably in the Tech sector.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary, OTE, and a range of benefits, including:

  • £30,000 - £35,000 basic salary.
  • £15,000 OTE.
