About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our Audi Dealership in Solihull. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build trust and communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Qualify and create an effective first impression to maximize opportunities.
  • Prospect, follow-up calls, and respond to in-bound telephone enquiries, walk-in prospects, and internet enquiries.
  • Maximize profit by achieving monthly KPIs for unit sales, profit per unit, finance penetration, and add-on products.
  • Adhere to the Company's FCA and data protection obligations by accurately collecting customer contact and vehicle data.
About You

To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate:

  • A proven track record of achieving and exceeding targets.
  • The ability to quickly establish and build rapport with customers.
  • A valid UK driver's license.
  • Motor trade, automotive, or car dealership experience is preferred, but not essential as full training will be provided.
