We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Car Sales Executive to join our team at Listers. As a Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities- Maximize sales opportunities through prospecting, follow-up calls, and in-bound telephone enquiries.
- Match customers with the right vehicles, ensuring they have the features and add-ons to suit their needs.
- Adhere to the Company's FCA and data protection obligations by accurately collecting customer contact and vehicle data.
- Meet monthly Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for unit sales, profit per unit, finance penetration, and add-on products.
- A valid UK driver's license.
- Previous experience in car sales, retail management, or sales management is preferred but not essential.
- Full training will be provided to ensure your success in this role.
- A competitive basic salary of £25,000.
- A company car.
- A guaranteed monthly bonus/earnings for the first 6 months.
