Key Responsibilities- Generate sales leads and identify decision makers for manned guarding services.
- Maintain close relationships with prospects and clients to drive future opportunities.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet commercial targets.
- Work closely with the Marketing Team to develop and distribute external marketing materials.
- Support the Commercial Team with tender production and related materials.
- Demonstrable history of consistently achieving new business and hitting commercial targets.
- Experience of prospecting, negotiating, and closing contracted sales.
- Excellent interpersonal, influencing, communication, and organizational skills.
- Professional and confident telephone manner.
- Passion, enthusiasm, and a willingness to learn about and engage with our business and clients.
