IT Business Development Manager Wanted

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced IT Business Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with existing customers, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Generate new business leads through business development activities and networking
  • Work closely with our technical team to ensure proposals are technically sound and meet customer needs
  • Manage sales pipeline and ensure timely follow-up with customers
  • Act as a point of contact for customers throughout the deployment process, ensuring a smooth project rollout and positive customer experience
  • Collaborate with internal departments to promote cross-selling opportunities across our product portfolio
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years experience in a self-generating business development role with an MSP, selling IT support and other services/products
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and delivering excellent customer experiences
  • Strong business acumen and ability to understand customer needs and develop tailored solutions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
