Key Objectives:- Introduce new customers to the business
- Account manage existing customers with a service-focused approach
- Carry out tailored sales to ensure proposed solutions meet customer needs
- Generate own meetings through business development activity and networking
- Work with Telecoms account managers to explore cross-selling opportunities for IT products/services
- Liaise with the technical team to ensure proposals are technically sound
- Manage sales pipeline and act as a point of contact for customer onboarding
- Work with internal departments to promote cross-selling across the product portfolio
- Manage accounts introduced by keeping in regular contact and carrying out quarterly account reviews
- Stay up-to-date with product development and best practice use of the company CRM
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 2 years' experience in a self-generating business development role with an MSP selling IT support amongst other services/products.
We are looking for a self-starter who enjoys working autonomously and is naturally driven by both achieving sales targets and delivering an excellent customer experience.
