Business Development Manager

MAN Commercial Protection Ltd is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our team in Solihull, West Midlands. As a key member of our Commercial Team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and development through strategic partnerships and client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting and lead generation.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to drive future opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the Commercial Team to develop and implement sales strategies and tactics.
  • Provide regular updates to the CEO on sales performance and business development progress.
  • Work closely with the Marketing Team to develop and distribute effective external marketing materials.
Requirements:
  • Proven track record of consistently achieving new business and hitting commercial targets.
  • Experience of prospecting, negotiating, and closing contracted sales.
  • Excellent interpersonal, influencing, communication, and organisational skills.
  • Professional and confident telephone manner.
  • Passion, enthusiasm, and a willingness to learn about and engage with our business and clients.
Package Description:
  • We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, including 21 days holiday per annum, 1% commission sales, contributory pension scheme, and free parking.

This is an office-based role in Solihull, West Midlands, with hours of work Monday to Friday, 9.00am to 5.00pm inclusive of a 30-minute lunch break.
