About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our Commercial Team at MAN Commercial Protection Ltd. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and developing new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Generate sales leads and identify decision makers for manned guarding services.
  • Maintain close relationships with prospects and clients to drive future opportunities.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet commercial targets.
  • Work closely with the Marketing Team to develop and distribute external marketing materials.
  • Support the Commercial Team with tender production and related materials.
Requirements
  • Demonstrable history of consistently achieving new business and hitting commercial targets.
  • Experience of prospecting, negotiating, and closing contracted sales.
  • Excellent interpersonal, influencing, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Professional and confident telephone manner.
  • Passion, enthusiasm, and a willingness to learn about and engage with our business and clients.
