Job Summary:

Kestrel Recruitment is seeking an experienced IT Business Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve revenue targets
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing and new clients
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking and business development activities
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of IT solutions
  • Manage sales pipeline and forecast revenue growth

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a self-generating business development role with an MSP selling IT support
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and delivering excellent customer experience
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of IT industry trends
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
