About the Role:

T2M Technical Ltd is seeking a highly experienced and skilled General Manager to join our team. As a key member of our senior leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day management of our business operations and customer interactions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure business profitability through effective financial management and strategic decision-making.
  • Oversee and maintain high levels of service delivery, taking a proactive role in visiting clients to ensure they are satisfied with service delivery.
  • Grow and develop existing contracted portfolios through targeted business development initiatives.
  • Train and develop staff across the business to ensure they have the skills and knowledge required to deliver exceptional service.
  • Manage and coordinate subcontractors and their performance as and when required.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience of running a business or division with full P&L responsibility.
  • Relevant industry experience essential, with a background in reactive FM/M&E type businesses.
  • Experience in both operational and commercial management, with a strong understanding of business operations and customer needs.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers at all levels.
  • Able to adapt and be responsive and flexible to changing business environments.
