Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve revenue targets and expand our customer base.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with our technical team to ensure that our products and services meet the evolving needs of our clients.
- Manage and maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales pipeline, and revenue growth.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform sales strategies and tactics.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a business development or sales role, preferably in the IT industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex business problems and develop effective solutions.
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team, with a strong sense of accountability and ownership.
What We Offer:
- A competitive basic salary of £35,000 - £40,000, depending on experience, plus commission.
