Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Executive to join our team. As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for developing a pipeline of new business opportunities and managing existing accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop a pipeline of new business opportunities through research, networking, and lead generation.
- Respond to a large amount of inbound enquiries and provide excellent customer service to existing clients.
- Manage and support existing accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Support marketing campaigns alongside the marketing team to drive sales growth.
- Attend exhibitions and trade shows to promote our software and build relationships with potential clients.
- Generate leads and use initiative to identify new business opportunities.
- Complete and follow up customer feedback surveys to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Compile proposals and deliver presentations to clients to secure new business.
Requirements:
- Experience working with or within the Manufacturing sector or environment is essential.
- Previous experience working in a similar Business Development role is required.
- Strong track record of achievement in sales and business development.
- Good MS Office skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
