Our client, a leading Social Media Agency, is seeking a Client Relations Executive to assist the Account Manager with daily operations.

This agency specializes in crafting and delivering engaging video content through various social media platforms, achieving remarkable outcomes for clients, fostering enduring partnerships, and aiding clients in reaching their business goals.

Position Details:

Client Relations Executive
Location: Solihull
Employment Type: Temporary - 3 months
Salary: £11.79

Working Hours: Monday to Friday – 9am to 5pm, with a hybrid model of 3 days in the office and 2 days remote work.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Client Services team on a daily basis by monitoring project progress and maintaining up-to-date project documentation.
  • Manage administrative tasks related to projects, including scheduling and note-taking.
  • Review various internal and external documents as well as client social media posts for accuracy.
  • Collaborate with team members across the organization to ensure content aligns with client expectations, which may involve attending shoots occasionally.
  • Stay informed about the latest trends in digital and social media, developing a solid understanding of the client's industry, competitors, and target audience.
  • Contribute effectively to creative brainstorming sessions with insights that resonate with key stakeholders and customers.
  • Support the Account Manager/Director in preparing new business proposals and post-campaign evaluations.
  • Organize and participate in client meetings in a supportive role.

  • The flexibility to travel as needed for shoots and client meetings.
  • Experience in advertising or marketing, whether from an in-house or agency perspective, would be beneficial.
