Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Lead Neonatal Nurse to become a vital part of our compassionate and dedicated team at Croydon Health Services NHS Trust.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Neonatal Nurse (Neonatal Unit)

Delivering exceptional, individualized nursing care to a variety of patients with empathy and professionalism. Ensuring the safety and well-being of neonates in intensive care settings through autonomous and collaborative care practices, while assisting in their stabilization. Evaluating care needs and formulating, implementing, and assessing care plans independently. Leading and supervising the nursing team, while also mentoring nursing students. Acting as a deputy for the Senior Nurse when necessary. Providing education and support to families, equipping them with essential information and resources to care for their neonates, thereby ensuring the highest standard of care.
