Lead Neonatal Nurse (Neonatal Unit)

Delivering exceptional, individualized nursing care to a variety of patients with empathy and professionalism. Accountable for providing independent and collaborative care, ensuring the safety and well-being of neonates in intensive care settings, and assisting in their stabilization. Evaluating care requirements and formulating, executing, and assessing care plans autonomously. Supporting and guiding the nursing team while mentoring nursing students. Acting in place of the Senior Nurse when necessary. Educating and guiding families, equipping them with essential information and resources to care for their neonates effectively.
