Job Summary:

Operose Health is seeking an experienced Lead Nurse Practitioner to join our team. As a key member of our nursing team, you will work closely with regional nursing, operational, and GP team members to ensure all targets are met in line with current guidelines and standards within national service frameworks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Regional Lead Nurse and act as a deputy as required to ensure a high level of quality and standards at all times.
  • Implement and monitor all clinical aspects by demonstrating clinical excellence in conjunction with the site clinical lead.
  • Assist with the implementation of any nursing/AHP redesign and quality strategies to ensure a high-quality nursing/AHP team.
  • Work as a Non-medical Prescriber and demonstrate sound evidence of academic links.
  • Manage nursing teams and have extensive clinical experience in Primary Care Health settings.
