About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Care UK. As a Bank Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care to our residents, ensuring their physical, psychological, and social needs are met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the care team during shifts, ensuring seamless delivery of care
  • Conduct thorough clinical assessments and develop personalized care plans
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to achieve optimal resident outcomes
  • Provide emotional support and guidance to residents and their families

Requirements:

  • NMC Registered Nurse (RGN, RMN, or RNLD) qualification
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
  • Passion for delivering person-centered care
