Lead Neonatal Nurse (Neonatal Unit)

  • Delivering high-quality, individualized nursing care to a diverse patient population with empathy and professionalism.
  • Ensuring the safety and well-being of neonates in intensive care settings through autonomous and collaborative care practices.
  • Assessing patient care needs and developing, implementing, and evaluating care plans independently.
  • Leading and supervising the nursing team while providing mentorship to students.
  • Acting as a deputy for the Senior Nurse when necessary.
  • Educating and supporting families, equipping them with essential information and resources for caring for their neonates.
