**Job Summary**
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Senior Clinical Nurse Lead to join our team at Operose Health. As a key member of our nursing team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care and contributing to the development of our clinical services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with regional nursing, operational, and GP team members to ensure all targets are met in line with current guidelines and standards within national service frameworks.
- Support the Regional Lead Nurse and act as a deputy as required to ensure a high level of quality and standards at all times.
- Be involved in the implementation and monitoring of all clinical aspects by demonstrating clinical excellence in conjunction with the site clinical lead.
- Assist with the implementation of any nursing/AHP redesign and quality strategies to ensure a high-quality nursing/AHP team.
- Act as a Non-medical Prescriber and demonstrate sound evidence of academic links.
- Have extensive clinical experience in Primary Care Health settings and managing nursing teams.
