About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and motivated individual to join our Fulfillment Center team as a General Manager's Assistant. This exciting role will provide an opportunity to work closely with the site's General Manager and be part of a dynamic team that drives excellence in operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and coordinate employee engagement events, including competitions, celebrations, and handouts, while managing associated budgets and deadlines.
  • Develop and implement site-specific projects, working with stakeholders to promote events and drive communication across the Fulfillment Center.
  • Manage communication channels, including newsletters, corporate communications, and site-specific message boards and feedback channels.
  • Act as the site Charity Champion, coordinating charity budget, working with central teams to embed network initiatives, and promoting local charity donations and campaigns.
  • Oversee the network recognition programs, driving participation amongst the leadership team and associate population.
  • Provide administrative support to the General Manager, including diary management, travel arrangements, and recording actions of meetings.
  • Collaborate with support staff to build, coordinate, and secure robust support and resources for projects and initiatives.
Requirements
  • Demonstrable experience in the key responsibilities of the role.
  • Ability to effectively prioritize and deliver multiple assignments while serving as a point of contact for a large team.
  • Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • High proficiency in English; open to other EU languages.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous working experience within a large-scale rapid and process-driven environment.
  • Degree-level qualification or equivalent.
