ROLE OVERVIEW
As the Clinical Mental Health Lead / Assistant General Manager at a Barchester care facility, you will aid in delivering the exceptional care for which we are recognized. Collaborating closely with the General Manager and assuming leadership responsibilities in their absence, you will be involved in everything from maintaining care standards to inspiring your team. You will motivate a multidisciplinary team to ensure that every resident enjoys the highest possible quality of life. This entails leading by example and overseeing standards through regular evaluations, supervised clinical practices, and ensuring compliance with regulations. You will establish the highest benchmarks and utilize your expertise to formulate and implement strategies that will help you meet your objectives.

CANDIDATE PROFILE
To qualify as a Clinical Mental Health Lead / Assistant General Manager, you must be a Registered Mental Health Nurse with current NMC registration and possess a teaching/mentoring/supervision qualification. Experience in assisting residents with diverse health requirements is essential, along with a proven history of managing safeguarding inquiries and clinical risk evaluations. We will also seek some HR experience, a solid understanding of sales and marketing, knowledge of budget management, and a record of supporting newly qualified nurses through preceptorship. Ultimately, you should be compassionate, resilient, and committed to delivering quality care in our dynamic and vibrant environment.
