Position Summary

We are seeking a dedicated HR Administrator to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in managing a wide range of personnel-related administrative functions. The ideal candidate will possess outstanding organizational capabilities and a strong commitment to maintaining confidentiality regarding sensitive information.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with recruitment partners to advertise job openings and assess incoming applications.
  • Maintain comprehensive employee records and ensure the HR databases are up-to-date.
  • Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, including delivering orientation sessions and clarifying company policies.
  • Coordinate various HR initiatives, meetings, and training workshops.
  • Address employee inquiries and provide necessary information promptly.
  • Prepare documentation related to HR policies and procedures.
  • Support payroll preparation by supplying relevant data.
  • Generate reports and presentations for internal communication purposes.
  • Offer additional administrative assistance to the management team as needed.

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing or holding a degree in Human Resources or a related field, or possessing relevant experience in a similar capacity.
  • Familiarity with employment legislation and HR best practices.
  • Proficient in interacting with individuals at all organizational levels while handling sensitive information with discretion.
  • Strong research, writing, and communication skills.
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced and evolving work environment.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
  • Ability to work autonomously and manage projects professionally.
  • A genuine interest in the financial technology industry and a passion for innovation.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and project management abilities.
