Freight Operations Coordinator

Job Summary: Freight Personnel is seeking an experienced Freight Import Specialist to join their team in Belfast. As a key member of the LCL Import Department, you will be responsible for managing inbound shipments from booking through to delivery, ensuring seamless customs clearance, and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage inbound shipments from booking to delivery, ensuring timely and efficient processing.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate and compliant customs clearance.
- Resolve customer queries and issues in a professional and timely manner.
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve departmental goals and objectives.
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience in freight forwarding or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of import customs procedures and regulations.
- Excellent communication and administrative skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
What We Offer:
- A competitive salary range of £30,000 to £35,000 per annum, dependent on experience.
- A bonus scheme with an annual bonus of circa £2,000.
