Position Overview:

The Human Resources Assistant will play a vital role in delivering exceptional HR services to the organization, its personnel, and our clientele.

The successful candidate will collaborate with the Organizational Development Team to provide comprehensive administrative support and ensure adherence to established procedures and best practices.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality administrative assistance to various HR sections, ensuring smooth operations of systems and processes.
  • Support the implementation and management of administrative frameworks within the HR department.
  • Oversee office administration, maintaining a high standard of service for all stakeholders, including staff, clients, and suppliers.
  • Prepare detailed reports, documents, and proposals for senior management, providing necessary advice and support.
  • Commit to continuous improvement of departmental services through personal development training and teamwork.
  • Ensure exceptional service delivery to all stakeholders.
  • Manage the training portal, including the administration of e-learning and in-person training sessions.
  • Provide guidance to managers and staff on training and development matters.
  • Collaborate with other departments to gather and analyze training needs effectively.
  • Compile monthly training statistics and contribute to necessary reporting.
  • Ensure training materials are accurate, current, and professionally presented.
  • Assist with administrative tasks related to Investors in People (IIP) and Organizational Working Groups (OWD).
  • Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and manage event calendars efficiently.
  • Attend meetings as required and document proceedings.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned within the scope of the role.

Essential Qualifications:
1.

a) Five GCSEs (including English Language and Mathematics at Grades A* - C) or an equivalent qualification demonstrating literacy and numeracy skills, or a higher qualification.

OR

b) A minimum of 18 months relevant experience and

1. At least one year of experience using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, MS Forms, Email) or similar tools.

Compensation:
Hourly Rate: £11.67
Duration: Until March 2025
