About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team at EJD Recruitment Ltd as an Administration Assistant. As a key member of our administrative team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our staff and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and manage back orders, ensuring timely communication with customers regarding any delays.
  • Perform various administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and record-keeping.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and timely manner.
  • Assist all departments as needed, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Process sales orders, purchase orders, and other administrative tasks with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Ensure all purchase orders are confirmed by suppliers, maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and colleagues at all levels, demonstrating excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Stay organized and adaptable in a fast-paced dynamic environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Utilize Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint to perform administrative tasks, maintaining a high level of proficiency.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in a related field an asset.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in a fast-paced office environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects.
  • Intermediate level experience with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
