Our client is a reputable entity within the Housing sector, dedicated to delivering exceptional planned maintenance, responsive repairs, vacant property management, compliance, and landscaping services.

In the role of Property Operations Coordinator, you will be instrumental in assisting their operational teams and ensuring the seamless coordination of resources.

Coordinating resources across various trades teams, including subcontractors, to achieve business goals
Effectively scheduling all tasks, projects, and inspections to maximize resource efficiency
Supporting managers and supervisors in the planning and oversight of repairs, planned works, vacant properties, compliance, and landscaping services
Collaborating with teams to ensure sufficient resource allocation for trade teams' training, leave, illness, and team-building activities
Engaging with supervisors, suppliers, subcontractors, and clients to provide essential information and assistance
Acting as a representative for outstanding customer service by gathering property data, verifying customer information, and offering suitable guidance and support
Performing administrative, financial, and analytical duties to bolster general operations
Updating maintenance records in the Asset Management database
Analyzing and reporting on operational progress and performance
Managing and enhancing core systems in partnership with the Digital and Transformation team
Assisting in the management of vehicle stock levels and equipment
Collaborating on Operations-related initiatives and projects
Experience in office systems and procedures, ideally in repairs reporting, maintenance, or scheduling
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Ability to interpret numerical data and generate reports
Familiarity with compliance in areas such as asbestos, gas safety, electrical safety, fire safety, water management, and CDM 2015
Basic Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check required
Preferred Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, Experience):

Understanding of housing maintenance/repairs or vacant property processes and procedures
Technologies:

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Housing management systems

Contractor management systems
