A reputable and professional organization located in Chelmsford is seeking a Sales Support Coordinator to assist their Business Development and Agency teams.

This role will be based at the head office while providing support to Business Development Managers nationwide. The ideal candidate will be organized, proactive, and possess excellent communication abilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinating visit appointments for the broader team
  • Participating in team meetings and facilitating follow-ups
  • Collaborating with internal departments to assist Business Development Managers in addressing client issues
  • Aiding in the organization of events
  • Developing strategies to enhance social media engagement
  • Identifying marketing prospects and coordinating with the marketing team to capitalize on them
  • Qualifying new business leads through various communication methods
  • Following up on business quotes
  • Setting up new clients in the company database
  • Distributing documents to new clients
  • Compiling weekly sales reports
  • Generating periodic client statistics as requested by Senior Management
  • Creating and presenting monthly sales summaries
  • Confidently engaging with clients and other departments
  • Verifying details of new clients during the application process
  • Maintaining a register of clients across multiple systems as needed
