Position: Human Resources Business Partner

We are in search of an experienced HR professional to contribute to our dedicated team. The HR Business Partner works closely with organizational leaders to develop people-centric strategies that align with business goals. This role is centered on the UK-based PR and Promotions division within our Medical Strategy and Communications sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies that align with global and practice area objectives
  • Execute strategic HR initiatives including compensation practices, performance evaluation, talent development, and training programs
  • Partner with global HR leaders to create tailored strategies for the business
  • Convert business needs into effective HR solutions

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in an HR Business Partner or Generalist capacity
  • Experience within a consulting environment is advantageous
  • CIPD certification is preferred
  • Strong analytical and data-informed decision-making abilities
  • Capability to manage multiple priorities and tasks efficiently
  • Maintain confidentiality and uphold a professional demeanor
  • Previous experience in line management is a plus
  • Proven ability to align HR strategies with business objectives
