Role Overview: As the Lead Human Resources Strategist, you will play a pivotal role in steering business success through HR initiatives that are in sync with the organization's strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive staffing strategy that ensures the organization attracts and retains top talent to meet its goals efficiently.
  • Design and execute a holistic learning and development framework that caters to all levels within the organization.
  • Oversee the execution of HR initiatives to ensure alignment with the overall business strategy.
  • Manage and optimize all HR operational processes, ensuring compliance with legal and organizational standards.
  • Address and resolve all Employee Relations matters effectively.
  • Support employee welfare initiatives, focusing on mental health and managing both short and long-term health-related absences.
  • Ensure adherence to health and safety protocols, particularly in response to ongoing health concerns.
  • Conduct an annual Employee Engagement Survey, analyze results, and develop an action plan to enhance employee satisfaction.
  • Provide regular reports and analytics to inform decision-making.
  • Maintain open communication with senior management regarding HR-related issues.
  • Participate actively in Group HR projects and initiatives.
  • Champion diversity and inclusion efforts within the organization.
  • Collaborate closely with management to support site-specific initiatives.
  • Ensure timely resolution of payroll-related matters.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop the HR team to enhance their capabilities.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior HR leadership role.
  • Proven experience in a dynamic environment, preferably in retail or FMCG, with the ability to navigate uncertainty and drive results.
  • In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and regulations.
  • Strong leadership and management skills.
