In this role, you will be responsible for leading the HR function and providing expert advice to managers on employee relations, recruitment, and HR policy matters. Key responsibilities include:
* Overseeing day-to-day HR operations and ensuring a proactive and effective service across all HR functions.
* Providing expert advice to managers on employee relations, recruitment, and HR policy matters.
* Leading recruitment, onboarding, and staff development processes.
* Ensuring compliance with employment law, regulatory requirements, and internal policies.
* Driving continuous improvement of HR processes and systems to enhance operational efficiency.
* Leading key HR projects in line with the organisation's strategic goals.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Recognised qualifications in HR or equivalent experience.
* Proven experience in managing an HR function.
* Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
* Experience in coaching and supporting managers across various HR matters.
* Strong organisational and project management skills.
