Job Description

This role involves providing advice, guidance, and support on all aspects of the Seccl people lifecycle. You'll work collaboratively with the People team and the business to help shape and deliver our people strategy.

  • You will provide trusted advice and guidance to teams across the business.
  • You will support the senior people partner in managing employee relations matters.
  • You will ensure our people data and systems are up to date and accurate.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Experience working as a People assistant/officer at a scaling technology company.
  • Experience in managing employee relations cases to mitigate risk.
  • Comfort working with data and systems.
