Job Description

We are seeking a skilled HR Project Lead to join our team in Edinburgh. As an HR Project Lead, you will be responsible for leading strategic projects that drive the People Strategy.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in project management and a passion for HR. You will lead projects that align with the People Strategy, including new HR initiatives and schemes.

You will also oversee and progress organisation-wide People accreditations, co-lead the EDI Working Group, and develop policies to ensure compliance with legislative changes.

Key Skills:

  • Qualifications: Degree or equivalent in Human Resources or a related field.
  • HR Expertise: Extensive generalist HR experience across all stages of the employee lifecycle.
  • Project & Change Management: Proven experience in project management, from initial planning through to full implementation.
  • EDI Advocacy: Prior experience in roles supporting an organisation's Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion goals.
  • Legislative Knowledge: Strong understanding of UK employment law across HR functions.

The salary range for this position is £40,000 - £45,000.
