HR Support Specialist for Scottish Forestry

We are seeking a seasoned Human Resources generalist to provide crucial support to our teams across Scotland.

In this role, you will offer expert HR guidance to managers and staff, drive resourcing initiatives, facilitate performance management processes, interpret employment terms, analyze workforce data, and contribute to strategic projects.

You will be part of a dynamic team that values collaboration and continuous learning. Our hybrid work arrangement allows you to balance time between our Edinburgh office, home-based work, and visits to our regional teams.
