Human Resources Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Specialist to join our Change and Delivery team at Tesco Bank, part of Barclays Bank UK Plc.
About the RoleThis is a critical position that will play a key part in helping Tesco Bank integrate as part of Barclays. The successful candidate will work closely with centres of expertise to deliver change and support colleagues through the transition.
The role involves working as part of a pool of People Consultants, bringing breadth and depth of knowledge and experience across all areas of HR to help deliver change at pace, using agile techniques and ways of working to add value quickly.
This is a varied and interesting role, integral to helping the function deliver change while being part of a team where there are opportunities to learn new skills and try out new ways of working.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with key stakeholders, senior leaders, and the wider People team on complex HR, ER, and organisational change programmes.
- Support the People team in developing and implementing significant project and change plans aligned to people strategy.
- Analyse data from a wide range of sources to identify key themes and potential impacts on the business.
We need an HR professional with experience in either generalist or specialist HR roles who can contribute to delivering change and supporting colleagues through the transition.
Agile ways of working are essential for this role.
