Main Tasks:

  • Preparation of job offers, employment contracts, and other essential documents for new employees.
  • Effective management of the HR mailbox, responding to employee inquiries, and escalating complex issues to senior HR staff.
  • Organizing employee induction programs, coordinating training sessions, and planning regular events.
  • Processing employee-related paperwork, maintaining accurate records, and administering HR systems.
  • Conducting background checks, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Collaborating with HR managers on projects, driving business growth, and enhancing employee satisfaction.
  • Administration of the length of service award scheme.
  • Supporting the marketing team in creating engaging content for the company's internal communications.
