Job Title: Human Resources Business Development Manager

A new role has arisen for a skilled HR professional to join the Fettes College team as an HR Business Development Manager. As part of our dynamic HR department, this individual will be responsible for providing exceptional support to various departments, offering expert advice on HR policies and procedures, terms and conditions of employment, and employment legislation.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in HR and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. They will work closely with leaders across the college, advising on complex employment-related issues while maintaining confidentiality. Additionally, they will build relationships with internal clients to identify upcoming recruitment needs and provide high-quality generalist HR liaison, advice, support, and coaching to managers and employees.

This permanent full-time role offers an annual salary of £45,000, working 37.5 hours per week from Monday to Friday (8:30 am to 5 pm). The benefits package includes 30 days' holiday and eight public holidays, generally taken outside term time. Parking is available within the campus grounds, and membership to the Westwoods gym and health club provides access to fitness and leisure facilities. Free lunchtime meals are also provided during term time.
