Job Title: Human Resources Systems Lead

Fully remote within Scotland, we're looking for a skilled manager to oversee our HR systems.

About the Role
  • Leverage Workday, our HR management system, to maintain and optimize its data, ensuring governance and best practices.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to resolve issues and drive continuous improvement.
  • Lead the release cycle of Workday updates, ensuring effective testing and implementation.
  • Mentor and upskill team members, promoting knowledge sharing and adherence to security standards.
About You
  • Proven experience in managing Workday or similar systems, specifically HCM and Recruiting modules.
  • Technical skills in system governance, lean principles, and improvement delivery, focusing on user experience optimization.
  • Strong problem-solving skills to resolve complex system and process issues efficiently.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills for effective teamwork and collaboration.
  • Awareness of data protection regulations (e.g., GDPR) and data security issues.
  • A continuous improvement mindset to enhance systems and processes.
  • Leadership skills to coach and develop a small team of People Consultants.
