Lead FPGA Verification Position

This is an excellent opportunity to join IC Resources as a Verification Team Lead in our Edinburgh office. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our FPGA Verification group.

The successful candidate will be responsible for technical coordination of the Verification team, ensuring that designs comply with System Requirements and Design Specification. This includes working closely with System Definition and FPGA/IC Design teams, planning and reviewing Verification team activities, creating advanced verification flows, and managing Verification Compliance of 3rd party IP or service providers.

We offer a competitive base salary of £80,000 per annum, plus American style share options. You must be prepared to work within a start-up environment and embrace the technical challenges that come with it.

As a UK resident with UK working rights, you will have the opportunity to work onsite in Edinburgh. This position requires strong verification mindset, hands-on design verification experience using Verilog, System Verilog, and UVM, and/or VHDL, as well as practical use of scripting languages csh/Tcl/Python/Perl etc. Good verbal communication and documentation skills are also essential.

To succeed in this role, you should have experience verifying large System on Chip designs and CPU verification using C, experience with DSP, Wireless Communication, and networking standards, and a clear understanding of verification goals and practices.
