Responsibilities

The People Development Specialist will be responsible for supporting training, development, and coaching culture across the business. This includes ensuring all annual People processes such as performance management, talent review, salary review, and salary benchmarking are delivered.

You will also foster a culture of positive employee relations and engagement in the business in order to increase retention. The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to lead and support change management activities and promote awareness and application of the group's key people programs.

This role offers a competitive salary of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on location and experience. If you are a motivated and solution-oriented individual with a passion for human resources, we encourage you to apply.
