Job Summary

Menzies Aviation is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Generalist to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a critical role in supporting the HR Business Partner and HR Advisor in delivering a full generalist HR service to our stations in Scotland.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records, including personnel files, contracts, and employee changes.
  • Provide advice on company policies, procedures, and employment law to employees and managers.
  • Support the HR team with recruitment activities, including job postings, screening applications, and scheduling interviews.
  • Participate in various local and national HR projects, including employee engagement, HR system implementation, and policy development.

Requirements

  • Experience in advising and supporting line managers.
  • Experience in HR administration and system navigation, with competence in standard IT packages.
  • Broad understanding of employment law, employee relations, and compliance management in a large organization.
