Position Overview

We are thrilled to present an opportunity to become a part of the Business & Commercial Banking and Corporate & Institutional Banking (BCB & CIB) People Partnering team. This role is integral to our HR function, collaborating closely with a diverse team of People Partners, Advisors, and Centers of Excellence to achieve vital HR objectives for our business sectors.

Daily Responsibilities

As a People Partner, you will engage in a dynamic and ever-changing environment, addressing all facets of the employee lifecycle. Your focus will encompass strategic workforce planning, talent acquisition, organizational development, employee engagement, performance management, and much more. Building strong relationships with business leaders and collaborating with our People & Places (P&P) colleagues is essential to our mission.

The BCB and CIB divisions comprise approximately 10,000 professionals dedicated to delivering essential services for our clients, ranging from small enterprises to large corporations. Additionally, a robust back-office operation supports various functions, ensuring seamless business operations. This is a vibrant area of our organization, characterized by constant evolution and diverse challenges.

Core Responsibilities

  • Establish and nurture trusted relationships with executives in the BCB & CIB leadership teams, serving as their dedicated people partner.
  • Formulate and implement the people strategy for the business area, ensuring alignment with the Group People Plan and cultural initiatives.
  • Enhance workforce capabilities, ensuring colleagues possess the necessary skills for future success.
  • Assist leadership teams in executing P&P initiatives, policies, and programs.
  • Provide guidance and support to leaders regarding complex employee matters.
