Key Responsibilities

  • Executing the HR administrative functions in your store while demonstrating a high degree of trust, collaboration, confidentiality, and professionalism with all team members.
  • A general administrative role encompassing all aspects of HR including recruitment, onboarding, performance evaluation, payroll, talent management, employee relations, engagement, and well-being.
  • Assisting the Store Management Team and the HR Business Partner in implementing the people strategy in-store.
  • Monitoring your activities and ensuring our performance indicators remain on target.
Required Qualifications
