Role Responsibilities

As an HR Business Partner at abrdn, you will spearhead our HR initiatives within a designated business sector. Working closely with HR and business leaders, you will leverage Data & Analytics to drive strategic transformations, design organizational structures, and manage key HR projects.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Establishing strategic alliances with leadership
