Role Responsibilities

As an HR Business Partner at abrdn, you will spearhead our HR initiatives within a designated business sector. Collaborating closely with HR and business leaders, you will leverage Data & Analytics to drive strategic transformations, develop organizational structures, and lead significant HR projects.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Establishing strategic alliances with leadership
  • Facilitating the formulation and execution of HR strategies
  • Implementing strategic workforce planning
  • Supporting initiatives for change management
  • Fostering strong relationships and showcasing leadership
  • Collaborating with Centers of Excellence and business units
  • Ensuring efficient delivery of HR services
  • Promoting employee engagement initiatives
