This position will play a crucial role in assisting Tesco Bank's integration with Barclays, collaborating closely with various expert teams to implement changes and support our workforce throughout the transition. You will partner with the organization, focusing on impactful initiatives for our employees. As part of a team of HR Consultants, you will leverage a wide range of expertise across HR domains to facilitate swift change, employing agile methodologies to deliver value efficiently. The role offers diverse and engaging tasks, integral to the function's change initiatives while providing opportunities for skill development and innovative working methods.Key Responsibilities
Engaging with key stakeholders, senior management, and the broader HR team on HR, employee relations, and organizational transformation projects, utilizing past HR experience as necessary. Collaborating with stakeholders to identify and implement solutions for HR-related business challenges. Assisting the HR team in crafting and executing project and change strategies aligned with our people objectives. Collecting and analyzing data from various sources to identify key trends and potential business impacts.Required Qualifications
