Job Title: Administrator Coordinator/Assistant – Operations Support

We are seeking an experienced Administrator Coordinator/Assistant to join our Operations team in Bristol. As a key member of our team, you will provide administrative support to our Operations staff, ensuring the smooth running of our regional centres and community teams.

The successful candidate will have experience in a customer service role, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will be responsible for providing a welcoming reception to visitors, greeting and assisting visitors, and assisting in the planning of in-house or off-site activities.

You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records, completing basic H&S risk assessments, and providing administrative support to the team. If you have experience of dealing with complex queries and/or complaints, and are proficient in the use of CRM systems and Microsoft Office, we would love to hear from you.
