Position Overview

Modality Partnership is currently seeking a part-time Clinical Pharmacist to provide maternity cover. This role is essential for delivering high-quality pharmaceutical care at Bellevue Medical Centre. Main Responsibilities

The role encompasses a comprehensive Clinical Pharmacist position. The successful candidate will need to demonstrate and apply essential skills, including:

  • Effective communication
  • Collaboration within a multi-disciplinary team
  • Clinical assessment and treatment of patients using expert knowledge of medications for various health conditions

The postholder will work closely with local divisions and the National Modality Business Support Team to develop innovative practices that align with the strategic goals of the organization.

Essential Qualifications

  • Relevant experience in a healthcare environment as a Pharmacist.
  • Experience as a Pharmacist prescriber.
  • Experience in a general practice setting.
