Key Qualifications and Skills

  • SVQ level 2 qualification (or equivalent)
  • Proven experience in healthcare administration or a secretarial capacity
  • Familiarity with medical terminology
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively within a team and adapt to change
  • Strong communication skills with patients, healthcare professionals, and colleagues
  • Excellent organizational capabilities
  • Proficiency in relevant IT systems
  • Competence in audio typing

Employment Details

This is a fixed-term position for one year, requiring full-time commitment of 37 hours per week.

Work Environment and Schedule

The role is situated within a healthcare facility, with a working schedule from Monday to Friday, allowing for flexibility within standard office hours.
