Role Responsibilities:
As a qualified practitioner, you will be responsible for assessing, diagnosing, and managing a specialized caseload of complex patients in accordance with the Professional Code of Conduct and Health and Care Professions Council Regulations. You will be expected to:

  • Utilize your advanced knowledge and clinical skills developed through experience and postgraduate training.
  • Collaborate closely with team coordinators and senior therapists to ensure comprehensive training, supervision, and performance evaluations for all team members.
  • Serve as a source of expert advice and support within the Therapy Centre and across the broader health community.
  • Adapt to flexible working arrangements as needed within the Therapy Centre.

Additional Information:
Weekend duties may involve working across various departments, including Orthopaedics and all Acute Wards (Medical, Surgical, and Emergency), to facilitate effective patient discharge and flow.
