Scrum Master Position

Location: On-site, 5 days a week

Role Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Scrum Master to guide an established Scrum team that is already implementing SAFe Agile methodologies to achieve client objectives in a dynamic environment.

In this role, you will utilize your extensive experience to offer guidance, insights, and support across the delivery team, particularly focusing on design, agile execution, program oversight, and service deployment and transition.

You will play a crucial role in facilitating Agile sprint management by leading and organizing agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, end-of-sprint reviews, and retrospective meetings.

Required Experience:

  • Overseeing Timelines: Lead the Scrum team in adopting Agile methodologies and Scrum practices.
  • Facilitation: Support and facilitate all Scrum events, including Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospective.
  • Problem Resolution: Address challenges and issues, managing solutions, corrective actions, lessons learned, and the distribution of pertinent information.
  • Collaboration: Assist the Product Owner and the Teams in identifying techniques for backlog prioritization and conflict resolution to enhance value.
  • Impediment Removal: Ensure that obstacles are recognized and eliminated by the development teams and the Product Owner, coaching the Scrum team on how to overcome these impediments.
  • Cultural Development: Collaborate with other Agile Team Coaches and colleagues to promote cultural transformation, fostering an environment characterized by trust, respect, simplicity, transparency, agility, and enjoyment.

This position requires obtaining and maintaining a high level of Security Clearance prior to starting the role.
